Counseling:

I use a range of therapeutic approaches to help individuals struggling with mental health problems, past trauma, and addictions, etc. We work together to understand the key causes of their distress and develop coping strategies. I offer a confidential and safe space for people to explore their feelings. As individuals progress through counseling, they make key changes that ultimately lead to a sense of being more balanced and positive.

Coaching:

Coaching sessions offer an effective means for learning to adjust to life changes. These could be events like starting a new job, lost job, new baby, relationship issues, or work problems etc. I work with the individual to clarify problems and goals, analyze pros and cons, identify resources, and develop solutions-oriented strategies. The goal is to help the individual feel that his/her life is back on track.
